The Joy Parade was a refresh/branding project for a family-owned cafe/gift shop in Melbourne. The project entailed managing branding placement, social media platforms, content creation, and webpage design. This project ensured the business is competitive within the industry, and optimised for both online and in-person interactions. Small businesses now rely heavily on brand image and technology to be noticed by the masses, especially in the Melbourne cafe scene.
